Returns & Refund Policy
At Lauren Wallace Art, every piece is made with care, whether it's a print made to order or an original painted by hand. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Fine Art Prints
Every print is made to order just for you, not pulled from a shelf. Production typically takes 1–2 business days, up to 4–5 during busy periods, before your order ships.
Once shipped, delivery generally takes:
Canada & United States: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Prints are produced at a partner facility closest to you, so most orders arrive quickly and without customs fees.
Please double check your shipping address before checkout. Since production begins right away, we're not always able to make changes after an order is placed.
Original Paintings
Each original is packed and shipped by hand from Calgary, Alberta. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your piece ships.
Canada: Shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost, tracked and insured to the full value of your piece, typically 2–5 business days depending on your location.
United States: Currently paused. Recent changes to US customs rules mean postal shipments from Canada may be subject to duties, so I've temporarily paused US shipping on originals while I sort out the best solution. Reach out if you're in the US and interested in a piece, I'm happy to work something out.
All originals ship with tracking, and I take extra care in how each piece is packaged to arrive safely.
Fine Art Prints
Because each print is made just for you, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind or if a different size was selected at checkout. Please double check your selection before ordering.
If your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. To make a claim, contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, a photo of the inner packaging, and your order number.
Cancellations aren't usually possible once an order enters production, so reach out as soon as you can if something needs to change.
Original Paintings
Since every original is one of a kind, I offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If it's not the right fit for your space, contact me within 7 days and return it in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Return postage and insurance are the buyer's responsibility, and I'd recommend insuring it for the full purchase price, since I can't refund a piece lost or damaged on its way back to me.
